Support Where It Counts

Comprehensive Training: The Boat MD Support Team has built an extensive platform for onboarding, training, and ongoing learning, called Boat MD University. The platform is intended to build knowledge and increase operational productivity.

Operational Support: The Boat MD Support Team will help with the route management, inventory, procurement, sales, marketing, incoming calls to the call center, onsite training, and field support. When you need help, there is endless support available.

Marketing Support: We will coordinate development of advertising materials and strategies, consumer marketing plans, and materials.
